Mark Crowley is a Principal for Federal and Congressional Affairs at Amazon, where he leads congressional engagement on data center investment, infrastructure, and technology policy. Mark previously served as Legislative Director and Counsel for U.S. Senator Jerry Moran of Kansas, where he negotiated landmark bipartisan legislation including the FAA Reauthorization Act and the PACT Act, and led the congressional investigation into the abuse of amateur athletes that produced the Empowering Olympic and Amateur Athletics Act. He is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law with over a decade of federal legislative experience in technology policy, appropriations, and congressional oversight.
