Doug Gaumer is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in banking, energy, business development, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, led growth initiatives, and created significant value through a disciplined focus on people, clients, and performance.

Earlier in his career, Doug held positions in energy marketing and trading with Westar Energy and Koch Industries, an experience that shaped his market-driven approach to strategy, risk, and value creation.

Doug earned his MBA from the University of Kansas and BS in Business Management from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison Graduate School of Banking.

An active community leader, Doug has served on numerous business and nonprofit boards, including the Kansas Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Kansas, and the Kansas City Area Development Corporation. Throughout his career, his focus has remained consistent: develop great people, build strong organizations, and create lasting value for clients, shareholders, and communities.
